This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to all Fermata Works software.
Grant of License
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this EULA, Fermata Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your personal or organizational purposes.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the software except as permitted by law or with written consent from Fermata Works. You may not remove proprietary notices or attempt to circumvent license protections.
Updates
Fermata Works may provide updates, patches, or new versions at its discretion. Such updates may be subject to additional terms.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
Ownership
Fermata Works retains all right, title, and interest in the software. This EULA does not constitute a sale of the software or any copy thereof.
